You are not buying an answer. You are buying a record: the claims in their strongest surviving versions, every challenge and how it was ruled, every citation with its tier and whether retrieval confirmed it, and a verdict that is arithmetic over what survived.

Every purchase also includes 10 workbench sessions, which shape a contested question into something the protocol can actually adjudicate before you spend anything on arguing it.

What happens if a run fails

A run that does not produce a record is not charged. The credit is held when the run starts and released in full if it fails, whatever the reason. A panel that cannot reach a quorum of completed arbiters is not a panel, so it fails and is not charged either.
